Position Overview

We're looking for an energetic on-camera talent who can brainstorm, script, produce, and edit social videos end-to-end. You'll collaborate with strategists, producers, and brand partners to launch series that reflect CreatorStation's voice while delivering measurable impact.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Vadistanbul headquarters. Native Turkish and strong English are required.

What You'll Do

Develop social-first concepts, pitch ideas, and plan production calendars.
Create on-camera content that aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives.
Edit and package videos for multiple aspect ratios and platforms.
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute best-in-class video strategies.
Use trend insights and performance data to iterate and optimize content.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience editing, producing, and publishing social-first videos.
On-camera confidence with the ability to embody CreatorStation's tone.
Expertise in Adobe Premiere (or similar) plus familiarity with motion and graphics tools.
Curiosity about beauty, fashion, and culture trends that influence our formats.
Availability for five on-site days each week in Vadistanbul with flexible shoot schedules.
Comfort coordinating props, products, and logistics alongside the production team.
Deep awareness of social trends, pop culture cues, and audience behaviors.
Native Turkish with strong English communication skills.
