What You'll Do

• Create daily social content that highlights our office culture and creator community.
• Coordinate in-office events and influencer visits to strengthen relationships.
• Assist with shoots, edits, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Manage calendars to ensure consistent posting and brand alignment.
• Track surface-level performance metrics and suggest ideas to boost engagement.

What You'll Bring

• Availability for five full on-site days per week in Vadistanbul.
• A passion for TikTok, Instagram, and user-generated content trends.
• Comfort with tools like Canva plus eagerness to learn new production workflows.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative energy.
• Fluent Turkish with working English; based on Istanbul's European side.
