CreatorStation manages Turkey's top social media channels across entertainment, education, style, beauty, and travel. Our internship program is all about learning by doing, you'll work alongside engineers, data folks, and product teams to build the tools that power how we discover trends, optimize campaigns, and scale creator operations. What You'll Do

• Write production code for internal tools that support content workflows, analytics, and creator management.
• Fine-tune and evaluate language models on our proprietary data (creator briefs, performance metrics, content archives).
• Build and iterate on AI training pipelines, data prep, labeling workflows, eval harnesses, and feedback loops.
• Optimize existing systems for cost, latency, and accuracy across model inference and data processing jobs.
• Prototype quickly with modern AI dev tools and ship features end to end alongside the engineering team.

What You'll Bring

• Solid fundamentals in at least one language (Python, Go, JS strongly preferred); comfortable with Git, the command line, and reading other people's code.
• Hands-on exposure to ML/AI work through coursework, side projects, or open-source contributions.
• Familiarity with fine tuning workflows (LoRA, PEFT, RLHF) and core libraries (PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Knowledge of AI dev tools like Cursor, Antigravity, Codex, or Claude Code is a plus.
• Availability for five full on site days per week in Vadistanbul.
• Fluent Turkish with working English; based on Istanbul's European side.
