About the Role
CreatorStation is a leading company in influencer marketing and talent management, producing top-performing content for Turkey’s biggest YouTube channels across entertainment, gaming, education, style, beauty, and travel. We’re expanding our production team with a Videographer experienced in both shooting and editing, with a strong command of 2D compositing and green screen workflows.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- 2+ years as a videographer, video editor, or VFX artist.
- Hands-on experience with 2D compositing and green screen techniques.
- Comfortable tracking TikTok/Reels trends and vertical video grammar.
- Curious about applying AI workflows within video production.
- Ready for a full-time, on-site role in our Vadistanbul studio.
Responsibilities
- Pitch and produce original video formats with creators and brand partners.
- Shoot with Canon R and cinema series gear, then edit for fast turnarounds or larger productions.
- Shape video programming strategy alongside our creative and strategy teams.
- Manage concurrent shoots, edits, and delivery timelines without sacrificing quality.
Qualifications
- DSLR shooting expertise (Canon preferred) and familiarity with gimbals.
- Advanced Adobe Premiere skills plus compositing proficiency.
- Creative instincts, collaborative mindset, and comfort with tight deadlines.
- Passion for online video and emerging visual storytelling formats.
- Native Turkish and conversational English.
